  • How do I become an ambassador?
    We hold model searches on our Instagram every 2 seasons (fall/winter, spring/summer), so be sure to look out for those! Follow @zigphieandco and that will keep you posted.
  • What is your processing time?
    Our processing time is about 2-4 weeks. If you need your order sooner, contact us via email at zigphieandco@gmail.com or dm.
  • What is my dog's size?
    Tap on the product you want, and then swipe to see the size guide! Make sure to measure your pup if this is your first time shopping from us.
  • How strong are your collars?
    Our products have heavy duty nylon underneath or connected which can take 2000 pounds of pull. Please note that these are handmade, so if your dog needs a stronger collar I would recommend that you get that instead for their safety!
  • What is your return policy?
    We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your item, please let us know!
  • Can I make a custom order?
    Yes! We accept customs. Just message me via Instagram or email before you make a purchase.
